Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords, security data, and payment information.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when signing with Musky Tech LLC and when participating in activities on the Services or otherwise contacting us.

Publicly Available Personal Information.
We collect first name, last name, address, email addresses, social media information, existing 3rd party technology vendors, and other similar data necessary to deliver the services contracted.

We collect app usage, data collected from surveys, purchase history, and other similar data.
Credentials.
We do not collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access UNLESS explicitly shared by YOU in an effort to assist with resolving issues.
Payment Data.
We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by Stripe.

Opting out of SMS (text) marketing:
Our SMS program provides appointment reminder, confirmation texts and promotions for our products and software. Users can expect messages related to upcoming appointments, confirmations, promotions regarding our software, products and services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to any text message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.
10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
